HawkSeal-E
is a cross-linked blend of
naphthenic emulsion and co-polymers
which produces a unique bond with an
asphalt surface. This
unique bond penetrates, waterproof's
and protects an asphalt surface
beyond the capabilities of a
Sealcoat! Hawk-Seal-E
is also highly resistant to
oxidation with the
"Copolymers" adding an
extra surface strength to an asphalt
surface. It
is designed to penetrate and not
merely sit on top of an asphalt
surface, while allowing steam to
escape and still maintain a
waterproof barrier.
With HawkSeal-E the asphalt
surface rapidly absorbs the
naphthenic emulsion, thus dragging
in the copolymers and filling the
surface voids in the asphalt. Once
the surface voids are filled and the
asphalt binder treated, the surface
is waterproof and oxidation is
reduced. |

Hawk-Seal-E
is easily applied with anything from a
distributor truck to a simple, trailer
mounted system. Spray
bars or hand-held nozzles are used for
applications also.
Once
dry 15 to 45 minutes after
application, it will not track. |
